MISR: Run 3

These are radiance images, i.e. they have been radiometrically calibrated. The small thumbnail versions of the nine multi-angle images are here arranged with the four increasingly-inclined forward views at the top; the four corresponding aftward views are at the bottom; and the nadir view is in the middle. All are from the third flight run.

This flight run, the third during the flight, occurred at 10:37 a.m. The heading of the ER-2 aircraft was towards the south.

The above AirMISR red-band (670 nm) images are radiometrically calibrated, but have not yet been georectified or co-registered. The images have been flipped and rotated into the correct geographic orientation with north roughly toward the top. Subsequent processing will georectify the images, eliminating the visible effects of rapid aircraft pitch, roll, and yaw changes.
